A 50 MINUTE SESSION DIRECTED BY YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS ON VARIOUS PILATES APPARATUS:
REFORMER WITH VERTICAL FRAME, STABILITY CHAIR, ARC BARREL &/OR MAT
PILATES INITIAL SESSION $85 -$100
(Price based on the complexity of your dysfunction)
Includes intake interview regarding health history/prior injuries, in-depth postural analysis, dynamic movement assessment, and critical testing to ascertain the direction and level of Pilates based exercises
INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE SESSION $85
PACKAGE OF 5 $400 ($80 each)
PACKAGE OF 10 $750.00 ($75 each)
Six month expiration on all package sessions.
A 24-HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED. ALL MISSED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE SESSION.
